Shipping – Orders shipping within Canada or the US will have 3 options when checking out.  They are Expedited Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Expedited Air.  Orders shipping to an APO address are only deliverable by mail.  The shipping charges for Canada and US are flat charges so the cost for shipping the order does not increase with the number of items.  For orders shipping outside of Canada or the US, once your order is received we will email you with 2 or 3 shipping options and the costs for each. 

Returns & Exchanges –   If the item/s you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the item/s and receive a full refund, less shipping, to your credit card or full credit for an exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order and must be in new condition.  Email us at info@rugbywear.com to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to complete your return or exchange.

Currency – Even though our store and warehouse is located in Canada, all prices posted on the site are in US dollars.  This is done not only because the bulk of the orders ship to the US but because most people know what their home currency is worth compared to the US dollar.  For orders shipping within Canada we will charge your credit card in Canadian dollars and the cost of the items will be charged at the lower of the daily exchange rate or the regular store price so you can be assured that your cost due to currency fluctuations will never be more than what we would charge if you shopped at our store. 

Duties and Taxes (US shipments) – All of our orders ship from Canada.  For orders shipping to the US there are no additional duties or taxes payable for any product on the site although when an order totals $200 before shipping the order does require a formal entry through customs.  The formal entry does not incur any additional charges but US customs does require a federal tax ID number to clear the shipment through customs.  For individuals it is a SSN; for businesses it is an EIN.  Customers can provide the number to us when we ask for it but it can also be provided directly to UPS when required.  Remember, this is only for orders over $200 before shipping. 

Duties and Taxes (Canadian shipments) – All of our orders ship from Canada so there are no duties payable for any product on the site although GST or HST will be added where applicable.  For orders shipping within Manitoba, PST will also be added. 

Duties and Taxes (International shipments) – There may be duties and/or taxes payable when you receive the shipment.  We ship all orders prepaid shipping but any duties and taxes if applicable are to be paid by the receiver.
